GIVING BACK QUESTIONS
We hand-deliver a backpack filled as a care package for every one we sell. Want to know how it works? We're glad you asked! Here are the answers to the most common questions about our process of giving back.
1). How does giving impact a person?
We're happy you asked! Millions of people across the world are lacking the basic tools and necessities to live a normal lifestyle. We're happy to be in a position where putting a smile on a child's face can change the world, maybe not the whole world but at least their world! The backpacks and supplies we provide helps lift a burden from people around the world that are severely affected by poverty.
2). How do you choose to whom to give?
The needs of the people we serve around the world are extremely severe. There's millions of children showing up to school with their things inside plastic trash bags, people in retirement homes without proper medication or aspirators, and millions of families struggling to afford basic needs. To make sure we can provide in all areas, we partner with local non-profit organizations in the countries we visit and strategically donate to people based on their specific needs within their community.
Example: In our last Mich Drop project in Mexico the children in Akumal Pueblo we're in need of new backpacks. So we came in and donated them brand new fully-packed school-ready Jhonmich backpacks! On the other hand, we didn't donate any backpacks to the retirement home in our Venezuela Mich Drop. Instead, we used the revenue from our product sales and used it to provide them with non-perishable food items, new aspiration machines, and medical supplies since these were items they were in dire need for.
3). How many countries does Jhonmich give back to?
Since 2018, we have worked in 4 countries. The countries and communities where Jhonmich works is assessed annually based on their needs.

4). Do you only give to children?
No. We also give back to families, the elderly, single mothers and anyone that is in need. However, we do focus on giving to children since they are mostly overlooked. Millions of children in developing countries lack the financial resources for appropriate schooling materials. By supporting the children, we're supporting the future, which greatly promotes the social and economic development of these countries.
5). How often do you give back?
We give back through Projects called Mich Drops. Every 3 months we accumulate the revenue from our products and our giving team travels to one of the 4 countries we take part in to do the giving.
6). Are you involved with any other outside organizations when giving back?
Yes. Jhonmich is partnered with Thou Father Ministries, a non-profit that stands behind the same mission of giving back to the less fortunate. If any other organization or relief effort has an interest in becoming a partner, we are happy to collaborate!
7). Do you accept donations or grants?
The giving we do is funded through the products we sell. If interested in donating to the cause we stand for, contact us at Jhonmich.usa@gmail.com Any donations are non-tax deductible. We do accept grants. We're interested in any grants that may help Jhonmich grow as a company.
8). Is Jhonmich a non-profit?
Jhonmich is a social enterprise. As a for-profit company with core values of giving back, we're committed to using the power of business to better the lives of others around us. Other than relying on donations, we use the revenue from the products we sell to provide the giving that we do.

GENERAL JHONMICH QUESTIONS
1). Where is Jhonmich based?
We are currently based out of Tallahassee, Florida with our manufacturing plant located in Caracas, Venezuela. Depending on your location, we ship our products from one of our warehouses in the US or Venezuela.
2). Do you restock items that are sold out?
Most of our backpack designs are seasonal. This means that when they sell out they will not be restocked. However, some classic designs are frequently restocked.
3). How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary by location. Shipments to the US using USPS Priority Mail will take up to 2-4 business days. International Shipping may vary from 4-7 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed in our system.
4). How do I apply a discount code to my order?
When you reach the shipping address page, enter the discount code where it says "Discount" (on the right hand side) then click APPLY.
5). Can I get a refund if I don't like my order when I receive it?
Yes of course. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
6). What do I do if I receive my order and the item(s) are damaged?
Please contact us immediately with your order number at Jhonmich.usa@gmail.com so we can either offer you a full refund or replace the damaged goods with new ones!
7). How can I track my order?
To track your package, simply click "View My Order" on the order confirmation email sent after purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days before tracking numbers are updated in our system.
