Warranty Policy

We warrant all products to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase on the Site.

If product(s) you purchased are damaged or otherwise show material or manufacturing defects during the Warranty Period, please contact us via email at the email address(es) noted below. Please note that this warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, alterations, unauthorized repairs, improper fit, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. For product(s) that are defective, we will, at our option, either offer you a refund or store credit (including the purchase price, original shipping costs and any other costs you may incur in returning the defective product(s) to Jhonmich), repair the defective product(s) or provide you with replacement product(s) at no cost to you.

• Pictures clearly displaying the issue
• Shipping address for any repairs/replacement product (if changed from original shipping address)

Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty.
